Smile Major George Petrie (Ret)

Major George Petrie, my dad, will be inducted into the Special Forces Hall of Fame January 13th 2010.

My dad was first on the ground during the Son Tay Raid, also the last Special Forces soldier out of South Vietnam on April 30th 1975 during the evacuation when he worked for J.C.R.C. on temporary duty for the DAO.

I am also looking for anybody who served with my dad, especially when he was in J.C.R.C. or the II Corps Mike Force 67-68.

We're proud of your Dad's selection as it is well deserved and long overdue.

I'm sending a PM with the contact info for someone who was with your Dad during his JCRC RVN Corps LNO time and Frequent Wind.
