Man running kills Mountain lion after being attacked

Recent reporting is even suggesting that this was actually a Nigerian Cougar and that the man paid the cougar several hundred dollars to stage the attack.

What is even more spectacular is how the news has spun this. A basic simple story and for a week now you can't even get the real facts!!

He was lucky and had a strong will to survive. I wonder how well he would have done against a 200 pound cat though. In the past 20 years here in California there have been three fatal mountain lion attacks. One woman was hiking in a remote area by herself, another was jogging by herself and a man was killed while mountain biking.
