Conjugate Method

I started doing a conjugate method style for my big lifts(deadlift, bench press, overhead press, & squat) 3 months ago. I was on a 5X5 program, but I was plateauing. It's a rather in depth program that requires some creative thinking to make it effective. I've blended it with supersets of calisthenics while I wear my kit. Usually I do sprints or rucking later in the day. I've become much stronger while being able to put on a some size, increase speed, & improve my endurance. I would go more in depth on here, but it'd look like a college research paper. And, I don't think it would be very well received to take up that much space. However, a quick YouTube or Google search could provide all of the information you'll need.
