To all who voted, thank you for the LOGO, it's awesome! To check out the concept:
https://www.cafeloret.com/ Gallery is cool.

Comments and suggestion are welcome. Goal, #1 NJ, then National.

Good luck, sir. It was cool to have input on your logo. It looks very nice. If I ever make it up to NJ, I will definitely eat there. Good luck!

Congrats that is great! Do you still have the establishment in Lambertville? One way or the other we shall dine with you one of these days.

Chef,

Just a few thoughts…

The menu looks very good.

Navigation on the site is simple and easy to access with the tabs.

The ingredients are well showcased in the photos, as is the Chef.

Great that you are promoting the local farms and vendors you use.

To me the overall picture with the logo says, Enthusiastic!

Best to you and your team! (And now, I am hungry for scallops, thanks! )

Holly

Dam!! That's nice...well done. it's almost worth traveling to Jersey to sample.

Just kidding....nothing is worth visiting Jersey. If you ever see me there, hog tie me and call the authorities 'cause someone made a skin-suit out of me and is using my ID.

If you ever venture out of the occupied territories, I'll bring the family. Well done Penn.

RL, if you are referring Tribeca, that folded in 2008. That was a heavy financial hit, we should have just taken the money and put a match to it, would have been less painful, but if the project was an NG, I'd be dead, as the cardiologist who saved my sorry ass, I met there. A series of event, you never know the outcome, if this or that had happened this never would have...
