aftermarket triage kits

Folks,

want to solicit your opinion on practical, lightweight, sustainable tools to help field or makeshift clinic triage/quick assessment in ME states

Basically, I'm looking for off-the-shelves portable SPO2, HR, BP, RR, weight, etc. reader with AA or AAA batteries (assuming these are widely available there) that don't break the bank. I always have my Littman cardiac and manual BP cuff and assessment skill i.e. cap refill, etc., but thought it'd be nice to now the pt's perfusion status better from the get go

This is what I considered so far. Suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
