I'm with you, I think that the quiet, "Don't you think that was rather dumb" comment went further.

I felt like yelling at this Team Leader I got saddled with we'll refer to as "Captain Rigamarole", but I was too bewildered and flabbergasted by his ridiculous antics and unreal thought processes to do anything but shake my head and drink every beer I could get my hands on.

What a freaking nightmare that guy was.

I'm not a yeller but I've been known to tell everyone to leave the room while I talk to my T.L. I've always used the "I expected better from you" or "You let me, down. I'm disappointed in your actions" approach. It's working for me.

Walked into SGM's Pete Holmbergs Office, at Devens, he did his welcome to the company, tell me who you are, etc.

Then he flipped one of those full desk sized calendars back a month and pointed to a fine rendition of Ted Berg, in flaming red pen, (he was a red head also) however what caught my attention was the four day size of Berg's mouth as he screamed at ... a very small individual.

That is your Team Sergeant, ODA 053, good luck.

TM SGTS

Had great TM SGTS. Not one ever yelled at anyone. (Right Rick?)
But when the TM SGTS uses the quote: "This isn't a fucking Democracy" You knew he was pissed.

And woe flowed across the land causing the detachment to exfil the team room two-by-two...

Never yelled at my team as a TS but yelled a lot before......

As a TS I did yell at others outside the team...... Never had to yell at the team but they knew when I was pissed and they would scatter.

No yelling, but I recall a certain amount of "glaring" would cause a chain-reaction of activity.

We're not talking just blank stare here....this is freakin' laser beams.

Never had a team-daddy that yelled other than in high-noise environments.

I can't violate HIPPA laws, but I can say, that there is a certain part of anatomy belonging to a Team Sergeant in this picture.
